What Men Want and Why do Women Care?

"What MEN really want in BED" read an article in the October '06 issue of Cosmopolitan magazine and to be honest I was curious….I mean I'm not exactly Miss Fuck Me so it was interesting to know what Mr. Fuck Me's thought…. "Of the delights of this world, man cares most for sexual intercourse. He will go to any length for it-risk fortune, character, reputation, life itself" novelist Mark Twain said, and modern films like American Pie and its soo many sequels that I've lost count, claim this same insanity. Men love sex, traditionally want it more than females, though Sex And the City's Samantha would put any testosterone charged machine to the test…so, if men want it so bad, why do women have to try so hard to please them? Surely just getting a little action would excite these horny monkeys…but Cosmo says no. The article was based on the answers of 3000 men who were questioned on exactly what made Mr. Winkie wake up. Doing it in a public place, introducing fun costumes and masturbating in front of your partner were some of the winners…but why do we care. The pages of Men's magazines don't read "What WOMEN really want in HEELS" a passion equal to sex as Sex And the City's Carrie would argue… so why am I, as well as millions of other females swallowing these statistics. Is it that women play the more subservient role, even in Western societies, and should aim to pleasure their man? Is it that women feel that if they can gain sexual power over their man they have him by his balls? Or perhaps women secretly aspire to be wanted sex goddess of all men? I'm confused, although I don't think putting on a naughty schoolgirl costume will solve my problems, in or out of bed.

The point that you seem to not try to condradict is that not all women believe and swallow the "ideas"/articles/garbage/statistics sold in these magazines. But for those who do, well, maybe they have a better reason than i can think to type, maybe not. Desire, women have so much of it dont they, for all materialistic and meaningful things in life, so why would women not desire to make men happy? Im not saying they should bend head over heels for us, all the time, but we want you and you want us to.
And yes i admit it, sex is a huge drive for all sorts of wonderfully stupid actions we men make, but would women rather us not make them? Dont some of the most special moments come from stupidity. And yes we are horny monkeys who love when you look like a juicy ripe bananna, and because the riper a bananna is the more we want it, the more women try to look tasty, and the more they read to know what flavours are good.
And i dont think that a naughty schoolgirl costume would hurt, personnally.
